2026 U15 National Team Trials - Sports Management

FAF U15 National Team Trial Registration Form 2026

This form serves to formally register your attendance at one of the trials for the FAF U15 National Futsal Team (born 2011 or 2012), which is set to compete in the 2026 AMF C-15 Futsal World Cup in Paraguay from the 7th to the 14th of September 2026. Please be advised: A Registration Fee of $250 is required to secure your participation in the trials. Should you be successful and selected to represent the FAF National Team at the World Cup, this fee will be deducted from the overall cost of the trip.
