2025 U18 National Team Trials - Sports Management

FSA U18 National Team Trial Registration Form 2025

This form serves to formally register your attendance at one of the trials for the Futbol de Salon Australia (FSA) U18 National Futsal Team (born after October 11th 2006), which is set to compete in the 2025 FIFUSA Youth (U18) Futsal World Cup in Ecuador from the 4th to the 11th of October 2025. Please be advised: A Registration Fee of $250 is required to secure your participation in the trials. Should you be successful and selected to represent the FSA National Team at the World Cup, this fee will be deducted from the overall cost of the trip.
