2025 U13 National Team Trials - Sports Management

FAF U13 National Team Trial Registration Form 2025

This form serves to formally register your attendance at one of the trials for the FAF U13 National Futsal Team (born 2012 or 2013), which is set to compete in the 2025 AMF C-13 Futsal World Cup in Brazil from the 1st to the 7th of September 2025. Please be advised: A Registration Fee of $250 is required to secure your participation in the trials. Should you be successful and selected to represent the FAF National Team at the World Cup, this fee will be deducted from the overall cost of the trip.
