Welcome to the 2025 FAF National Futsal Club Champuionships Team Registration Page If you wish to entre a team in this years FAF National championships, Please fill in this form, a deposit of $500 is required to confirm your participation. Cost to entre the FAF Nationals is: Junior Teams (U8 to U14’s) – $1500 exclusive of GST Youth and Senior Teams (U16’s to Open) – $1650 exclusive of GST. A deposit of $500 is required with your team nomination, If we (FAF) are unable to provide a competition for your age group or division, you will recieve a full refund. All Nominations MUST BE DONE BY THE 27th of June 2025 and final payment of outstanding money will need to be done by the 30th of July 2025. If full payment is not received by this date, your team/teams will be withdrawn from the competition and a $100 administration fee will be retained by FAF. 2025 FAF National Club Futsal Championships – Payment

This payment is a deposit of $500 to secure your team in the competition, if you do not make this deposit you will not be able to submit the form.

Full costs are: Junior Teams (U8 to U14) $1500. Youth & Senior Teams (U16 to Opens) $1650. Deposit of $500 is required to nominate.
